Eminenza II Residences Open House: Featuring Homes Made for the Starting Family

The Eminenza II Residences open house event welcomed prospective buyers and real estate brokers last July 28 and 29 for an opportunity to view the units of Eminenza Residences and Eminenza II Residences.
The event began with a solemn Catholic mass between blocks three and four of Eminenza Residences presided by Fr. Chino followed by a property cleansing, blessing, and dedication ritual at the construction site of Eminenza II Residences.
Metrostar Realty and Development, Inc. (MRDI) developer of the the two projects, provided comprehensive presentations to help the guests learn more about the available townhouses and single-attached units. MRDI’s enthusiastic property specialists also provided guided real estate tours, which ended with a short discussion on turnover conditions, and other relevant property information.
